Representation
We are primarily concerned with getting results rather than being lost in the methodology. We assess and communicate realistic expectations regarding the deal offered with the ability to compare and communicate the proposed contract to those provided in other similarly deals. We provide negotiating strategies or act as the representative. We review paperwork to make sure that it includes all necessary language for protection, and insure that the client understands the terms offred.
Commercial partnerships
We help sports clubs to understand and grow their long term true commercial value, communicate their real strengths and find better ways to engage with potential partners. We have created dozens of partnerships during the years and together with our global network of partners, we offer a gateway to major international brands.
Perimeter Advertising
We work close with all the perimeter advertising rights holders for the Israeli Premier League football clubs and the Israeli national teams. We offer national and international brands an opportunity to deliver their marketing message through premium LED advertising, 3D carpets and panels. The service is available in over 80% of the football clubs and the national team, for national and international matches.

We have been kit suppliers for over 25 years and there isn’t much we don’t know about pro football equipment. We do know that it takes more than a jersey and pants to make a team. We work with the biggest football brands where we have direct preferred supplier access to the latest products. Adidas, Diadora, Lotto, Under Armour and Macron are all proud to supply their products to our clients across the country.
training camps
Preseason training camp is one of the most important factors for a successful season. Our long lasting partner hotels in the Netherlands, Germany, Austria and Hungary provides excellent conditions that meet the demands of professional athletes. With an end-to-end service that includes professional training fields, excellent training matches, transportation and full-board superior accommodation, you can rest assured that you will fully concentrate on your performance.

HG Sport Service was established in 1993 by Yehezkel (Hezy) and Guy Vitkovsky and it is one of the leading sport agencies in Israel for more than 30 years. This precious experience is the foundation for our top-class services.
Mr. Guy Vitkovsky, FIFA Football Agent, has been engaged in the representation and mediation of football players and football clubs since 1993. During the years he has established an extensive social and business contacts with many clubs and players in the European football and conducted countless transfers and contract negotiations. Guy has years of experience in advising and guiding clients, in-depth working knowledge of the industry and a forthright approach to the law and football governing bodies’ regulations (FIFA, Confederations and National Associations).
Mr. Hezy Vitkovsky has been active in the field of sports for almost 50 years, during which he filled various senior positions in the industry including the co-CEO of SPORTFIVE Israel, a local arm of the international sports marketing agency, and a director of the Executive Committee at the Israeli Football Association. Owing to years of activity, Mr. Vitkovsky has acquired an extensive experience with close and personal relationships with key professionals and commercial players in the industry.
